Throughout my life, I've always been thankful to have a broad range of interests and academic skills. As someone who grew up with two educators for parents, I learned at a young age the importance studying and how education can be used as a way to empower oneself. Along with having a thirst for knowledge, I also love reading, writing, and thinking critically - all of which are skills that I believe to be important for becoming successful in life. Along with helping students improve their understanding of various coursework, I also want to impart these skills on them so that they have the same resources to achieve greatness that I was given growing up. I received my bachelor's degree in music from Boston University. Not too long after, I enrolled in graduate school and earned my MBA. My diverse educational background gives me the opportunity to tutor students in a number of different fields, as well as come up with creative ways to make the classroom experience more enjoyable. Still, my favorite lessons to teach involve business and math, but I also help college and graduate-school ready pupils prepare for exams like the ACT, SAT, and GMAT. When I'm not working or teaching, I like to go hiking and sailing.
